Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Warehouse Associate to unload inbound freight, verify counts and conditions, and route materials to proper areas. You will handle receiving, labeling, and preparing outbound shipments in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities include using SAP for inventory tasks, performing cycle counts, and safely operating forklifts to move goods. Prior warehouse experience and a high school diploma are required.

• Minimum 3 years of related warehouse or production experience.
• Forklift operation experience is preferred.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Unload inbound freight, verify accuracy of shipper's and carriers' counts, verify condition of goods received
• Sort and label raw materials according to procedures
• Prepare receiving records and deliver incoming non-inventory items to departments, obtaining receipt for goods delivered
• Maintain files of delivery receipts for non-inventory items
• Select, pick, label, and deliver off-tested inventory items to manufacturing in accordance with procedures and sanitize as required
• Prepare outbound freight for shipment
• Include marking and strapping of cases and paperwork preparation
• Pick orders, pack according to customer request, apply special marking, and deliver if needed
• Prepare Bills of Lading and transportation documents
• Perform TSA screening in accordance with TSA protocols and company policies and procedures
• Load outbound freight
• Obtain carrier signatures for outbound goods
• Set up special pickup and delivery at any requested time
• Move on-test finished goods from packaging to B100 on-test area
• Move off-test finished goods to proper storage areas
• Verify count of finished goods received against off-test document
• Report discrepancies to supervisor
• Take inventory and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy
• Apply stickering to US-labeled product identified for export
• Prepare and pack frozen export paste shipments with dry ice in a +5 degree cold room
• Maintain work area in a clean and safe condition and document cGMP housekeeping logs
• Safely operate fork trucks and shuttle trucks
• Use SAP and SAP Console to perform inventory functions

Requirements

• Requires high school diploma, or equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years of related warehouse experience or production activities
• Previous experience with fork truck operations is preferred
