Sargent Legacy is seeking a Shipper/Receiver II to support shipping and receiving operations. The role involves unloading and receiving materials, packing and shipping products, and preparing bills of lading while ensuring accuracy and compliance with instructions.

Candidates should have 2–3 years in manufacturing, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work with shipping software and online portals. A valid driver’s license and ability to lift 40 lbs are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• 2–3 years’ experience in manufacturing or related field.
• Knowledge of shipping/receiving concepts and procedures.
• Strong organizational skills and initiative.
• Computer literacy with shipping software and online portals.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Basic math skills.
• Experience with government packaging regulations is a plus.
• Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed.
• Attendance and punctuality are essential.

Responsibilities

• Unload and receive incoming materials.
• Pack and ship product to customers.
• Read and understand packing and shipping instructions.
• Use shipping systems and customer portals to process shipments.
• Assemble orders and prepare goods for shipment.
• Prepare bills of lading and other forms.
• Receive and unpack materials.
• Report damages and discrepancies.
• Maintain cleanliness of shipping/assembly area.
• Arrange carriers for shipments.
• Assist with overseas/international shipments.
