The Role:

Are you interested in a career in the SEMICONDUCTOR INDUSTRY? Exciting developments are happening at Edwards Vacuum, where we manufacture a wide variety of industrial vacuum pumps for the semiconductor industry!

As our Shipper/Receiver, you will facilitate the movement of all materials through the factory, including receiving materials from suppliers, warehouse put-away activities, picking orders for assembly, and shipping finished products to customers. You will utilize your computer skills to perform transactions in SAP. Please note that we are currently unable to provide visa sponsorship for this role.

Main Responsibilities:

• Processing receipt and shipment of repair orders, including review and preparation of related reports, physical movement of materials, and SAP transactions.
• Conducting cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy, facilitating material movement within the repair center, kitting materials for repair work orders, and replenishing materials to maintain target stock levels.
• Coordinating picks with shipping, manufacturing, purchasing, and planning teams.
• Understanding packing slips, purchase orders, and goods receipt processing within the supply chain management system.
• Managing domestic and international shipments according to legal regulations.

Qualifications:

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong computer skills, including email, ERP systems (SAP preferred), and manufacturing databases.
• Experience in warehouse, shipping/receiving, or manufacturing environments.
• Ability to follow processes, learn by example, and ask questions when needed.
• Comfortable working in environments with volume fluctuations.
• Proficiency in English for reading, writing, and communication.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with PPE and training in a safety-conscious environment.
