Simpson Strong-Tie is seeking a Shipper/Receiver in Gallatin, TN for a full-time, first-shift role (Mon–Fri, 7:00 am–3:30 pm). You will ship, receive, and stock finished goods to fulfill customer orders using our ERP system, pulling, packing, and palletizing to meet quality standards.

Requirements include a High School diploma or GED, forklift certification (will certify at hire), and about 1 year of warehouse experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Powered Industrial Truck certification required (will certify at hire).
• 1 year warehouse, logistics, and/or shipping experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Safety: promote a safe work environment and reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Complete shipments using ERP system and/or tablet; pull, package, and palletize products.
• Create and apply documents such as shipping labels, packing list, and bills of lading for each pallet/shipment.
• Receive, stock, and rotate product; identify, tag, store, and locate inventory.
• Maintain a clean work environment and adhere to safety standards.
• Other duties as assigned.

Pull, package, and palletize products for shipment. Ensure incoming and outgoing shipments meet packaging, customer, and quality standards. Receive, stock, and rotate product.
