Job summary

Mativ is seeking a capable Shipper II to coordinate shipments of finished goods and raw materials in our Georgia facilities. You’ll handle shipping, receiving, inventory, and documentation while collaborating with production, warehouse, and logistics teams.

The role requires forklift operation experience, accuracy in documentation, and the ability to prioritize tasks daily. Strong communication and teamwork are essential for maintaining on-time shipments and order integrity.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or preferred.
• Experience in warehouse, shipping, receiving, or manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and complete shipments of finished goods and materials.
• Prepare bills of lading, packing lists, and shipping documents.
• Verify quantities, part numbers, lot numbers, weights, and labels.
• Operate forklifts and material-handling equipment safely.
• Load/unload trucks and secure cargo.
• Maintain accurate inventory counts and assist with cycle counts.
• Ensure shipments match orders and documents, and resolve discrepancies.
• Communicate delays or issues to supervisors.
