Horton, Inc. in Westminster, SC is seeking a Shipper II to move material between process and storage areas, fill orders, and prepare products for shipment. This role requires picking, packing, labeling, and documenting shipments while maintaining inventory in Oracle.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma, or equivalent (GED).
• Requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in a shipping role or closely related position.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States. No Visa sponsorship provided now or in the future for this position.

Responsibilities

• Gathers parts in the proper quantities for shipments using pick lists.
• Monitors back orders and fills them to satisfy customer demand.
• Inspects parts and ensures correct identification and quantities.
• Fills shipping orders and sorts by ship date priority.
• Packs orders, labels shipments, and prepares documents for UPS/FedEx pickup.
• Loads/unloads trucks and uses material handling equipment to move pallets.
• Records quantities in the Oracle system and maintains inventory accuracy.
• Trains other employees and temporary workers on methods and procedures.
