Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and memos.
• Must safely operate and obtain certification to operate a forklift.
• Must safely operate an overhead crane.
• Solid problem-solving and teamwork skills are required.
• Must be able to work extra hours to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Reviews and follows all MOPs and SWIs.
• Determines shipment method and packaging for parts and hardware.
• Preps completed parts for shipping and loads onto skids.
• Builds shipping skids and prepares containers for shipments.
• Applies shipping labels and instructions to crates or containers.
• Ensures shipments meet specifications and manifests.
• Maintains inventory of shipping materials and supplies.
• Operates lift truck or hand truck as needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
