Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in shipping, logistics, or warehousing.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 quality standards.
• Must be competent in food packaging safety responsibilities.
• Must be able to work rotating schedule.

Responsibilities

• Perform loading and unloading in a safe, efficient manner following company rules and procedures.
• Receive inspection of raw materials and packaging.
• Load/unload trailers using dock locks, wheel chocks, and verify bill of lading/pick list matches product.
• Utilize FIFO when pulling product from inventory.
• Scan product and materials in and out of plant and warehouse.
• Report packaging safety problems to plant management.
• Follow GMP, sanitation, prerequisite programs, chemical control and food safety plans.
