Bearon Manufacturing LLC, located at 801 Stony Battery Road, Landisville, PA 17538, is seeking a reliable Shipper to join our logistics team. You will pick, pack, label, and stage products for outgoing shipments while maintaining accurate documentation and safety standards.

The role requires 1–3 years in shipping/logistics, a high school diploma or GED, and physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. We offer medical/dental/vision benefits, PTO, training, and gym reimbursements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Detail-oriented mindset with ability to verify part numbers, quantities, and shipping labels for accuracy.
• Willingness to stand, bend, lift up to 50 lbs, and operate basic warehouse equipment.
• Basic computer literacy to learn internal software and shipping programs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, pack, and label outgoing items following shipping protocols and carrier guidelines.
• Inspect outgoing products for damage, correct quantities, and proper documentation before shipment.
• Safely use warehouse equipment including hand trucks, pallet jacks, tape dispensers, and barcode scanners.
• Assist with loading freight onto delivery trucks and courier vehicles.
• Perform routine inventory checks and assist with stocking and staging materials.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with safety standards.
