STS Aerospace in Laconia, NH is seeking a Shipper to join the team. Under the Shipping Supervisor, the Shipper is responsible for timely packing and shipping of manufactured pieces. Duties include packaging, weighing, postage, labeling, data entry, and coordination with the TCO on questionable items.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED (or 1–3 months related experience). The role requires standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds, with all duties performed in compliance with

Responsibilities

• Packages assemblies and inspect wrapping, parts, and containers for conformance to company standards, customer requirements, shipping companies, and postal regulations.
• Weighs packages and determines postage and affixes postage stamps to packages.
• Prepares product and packages for shipping in conformity with company, customer, and government regulations, both domestic and internationally.
• Navigate shipping websites to generate shipping labels and enter data accurately.
• Provide up-to-date shipping data by navigating customer websites.
• Review questionable items with the company Technical Control Officer (TCO).
• Sorts parcels for shipment according to destination or other classification.
• Stand/walk for extended periods and frequently lift/move up to 50 pounds.

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear.
