Belden is seeking a dedicated Shipping/Packaging Associate to prepare, package, and ship finished products from a manufacturing environment in Washington. You will ensure secure packaging, accurate counts, and timely dispatch, while maintaining safety and quality standards.

You will perform visual inspections, build crates, manage inventory, and operate equipment like the shrink wrap machine. This on-site role offers growth opportunities within a global connectivity innovator.

Responsible for preparing, packaging, and shipping finished products to customers in a manufacturing environment. Ensures products are packaged securely and shipped on time while following safety and quality standards. Maintain a level of productivity to ensure finished goods are shipped immediately upon completion.

• Perform visual inspections and maintain proper counts on all materials shipped.
• Build special skids and crates as required.
• Pull and stock inventory
• Package finished parts for shipment to insure safe delivery to the final destination.
• Set up and operate shrink wrap machine.
• Load trucks with completed shipments.
• Perform basic assembly using hand tools
• Process Fed Ex and UPS shipment
