Job summary

Sysco Northeast RDC in Houston, TX is seeking a warehouse clerical associate to audit shipment folders for accuracy and finalize orders in the system. You will perform general clerical duties, review dates and shipment information, and prepare daily reports.

Must have HS diploma and 1 year warehouse office experience; MS Office and AS400 experience preferred; ability to work in ambient and freezer temperatures.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1 year of warehouse office experience preferred.
• Ability to read and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Audit warehouse folders for accuracy and close out orders in the system.
• Provide clerical support such as answering phones and filing as assigned.
• Review dates and shipment information and obtain management approval when needed.
• Produce daily reports on items requiring approval.
