Responsibilities

• Cut, grind, bend, shape, and fit steel components for ship structures with precision and craftsmanship
• Interpret and work from blueprints, drawings, and templates to assemble and erect metal components
• Use fabrication tools to install and align structural ship parts in accordance with specifications
• Operate in production environments, including working at heights, in confined spaces, and outdoors
• Collaborate across shifts to meet project timelines and production demands
• Uphold and promote safety standards that exceed industry requirements

Required Skills and Experience
