Job summary

Kymera International is seeking an experienced Operations Manager – Shipboard Projects to lead operational execution across shipboard and field-service activities. You will manage workforce planning, scheduling, subcontractors, logistics, and budgeting to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within contract terms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate degree in Operations Management, Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or related technical field.
• 5+ years of experience in operations management, field service, construction, or project management.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Ability to travel up to 50% and work across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational planning across multiple shipboard and field-service projects.
• Develop and maintain rolling workforce and resource plans.
• Coordinate personnel, equipment, materials, and subcontractors across locations.
• Maintain project budgets and monitor costs vs. budgets.
• Oversee scheduling, mobilization, and site execution with safety and quality in mind.
• Ensure timely invoicing and effective communication with customers.
