ManpowerGroup Global, Inc. is seeking a Network Engineer to join our IT team in Miami, FL, supporting shipboard and shoreside network infrastructure for a leader in maritime and fleet operations.

You will analyze requirements, design solutions, and document architectures. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years' experience with enterprise networking, routing protocols, and security, with a preference for shipboard/maritime networks and relevant CCNA/CCNP certifications.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related field, or equivalent experience.
3–5 years of hands-on experience managing enterprise-class networking hardware.
Experience with shipboard or maritime network environments preferred.
Strong knowledge of enterprise routing (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP), switching, and security protocols.
Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

Analyze shipboard network requirements and implement cost-effective solutions to support fleet operations.
Configure and maintain LAN/WAN, wireless, and security systems to ensure reliable services for guests and crew.
Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues proactively to minimize downtime.
Collaborate with shipboard teams and shoreside IT during newbuilds, dry docks, and daily operations.
Develop and document network architecture standards, operational procedures, and project plans.
