CCS Construction Staffing is actively hiring Construction Laborers in North Charleston, SC. The role involves adding rubber insulation to HVAC systems on ships and requires strict adherence to safety protocols. Bilingual candidates are encouraged but English speakers are also welcome.

Starting ASAP, full-time or project-based work with 6- to 10-hour days, 6–7 days a week. Training and safety certifications are provided; a supportive team will help you integrate into maritime projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of construction labor experience.
• Ability to work in a maritime environment and follow safety protocols.
• Reliable and able to work the scheduled 6-10s, 10-hour days, 6 to 7 days a week.

Responsibilities

• Add rubber insulation to HVAC systems on ships.
• Use tape measure, knife, and scissors for installation.
• Follow safety guidelines during all activities.
• Report to the office on day one for orientation at 5920 Campbell St, Hanahan, SC 29410.
• Communicate effectively in bilingual environment (Spanish helpful but not required).
