Performance Contracting Group's San Diego Marine 108 branch is seeking an entry-level insulation laborer. You’ll assist experienced carpenters and insulators, learn insulation removal and installation, and participate in on-the-job training.

Tools are provided, and safety is emphasized on every shift. No prior construction experience is required, but you must be 18+, able to stand outdoors, and lift up to 40 pounds.

Qualifications

• No prior construction experience required.
• Must join Local 5 or Local 721.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to lift 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist experienced carpenters and insulators with material handling.
• Learn insulation removal and installation on the job.
• Participate in on-the-job training.
• Maintain clean and safe work areas.
