Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive IT experience with significant leadership accountability.
• 3+ years of experience with Workday and/or comparable leading HCM platforms.
• Experience with MAPS strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of product enhancements across HR applications.
• Ensure stable, secure operations for shipboard HR platforms.
• Drive cross-functional architecture alignment with Security and Data teams.
