Job summary

American Cruise Lines, the largest U.S. cruise company, is hiring Galley Stewards for the 2027 season. You’ll work in our shipboard galley to ensure sanitation of all items needed to provide an outstanding dining experience. This is a temporary position with a 28-week shipboard assignment.

This role offers pay from $1,000 to $1,400 per week, with travel, room and board, uniforms, and training provided. You’ll travel across 50 itineraries spanning 35 states aboard our fleet.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and a U.S. citizen or Green Card holder.
• Pre-employment drug test required; alcohol consumption prohibited.
• Grooming standards limit visible tattoos/piercings; 28 weeks max shipboard tenure.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of galley, cutlery, glassware, dishes, and surrounding areas.
• Receive and carry food deliveries weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Ensure dishwasher operates properly; report maintenance issues.
