Qualifications

• 2-4 years of technician experience in electronics, maintenance, or system sustainment.
• Shipboard experience preferred; experience with equipment removal, disconnection, or harvesting strongly beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Perform shipboard removal, harvesting, and disconnection of AN/SPY-1 related equipment per safety and naval standards.
• Identify and preserve cables, connectors, and components during shipboard extraction for repair or re-installation.
• Coordinate with shipboard personnel, installation teams, and logistics staff for handling, tagging, and transport of removed materials.
• Provide accurate status updates for production and return-material workflows.
• Catalog harvested materials with NSN/NIIN data, part numbers, alternates, condition codes, and shelf life requirements.
• Operate barcode and RFID systems to record material movement and maintain supply-chain accuracy.
• Support GFP accountability during shipboard and warehouse operations.
• Participate in meetings and readiness reviews to support planning and sustainment.
• Travel up to 75% to support shipboard removal events and customer requirements.
