Kratos Defense & Security Solutions, Inc. is seeking an Electrical Technician to support the electrical laboratory operations in Crane, IN.

You will perform hands-on assembly, testing, troubleshooting, and documentation of electrical components and systems to back engineering, prototyping, and product development. Under the Electrical Lab Manager, you will work closely with engineering teams and mission providers to ensure timely, high-quality technical support in a fast-paced laboratory

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Electronics or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years in electrical assembly, testing, or lab work.
• Ability to read schematics and wiring diagrams; follow assembly documentation.

Responsibilities

• Perform cable and harness manufacturing including assembly, crimping, soldering, inspection, and testing.
• Assemble, rework, and test PCBs following procedures and quality standards.
• Conduct component- and system-level electrical testing using lab equipment.
• Document test results and configuration changes accurately.
• Follow lab safety, ESD controls, and quality requirements.
• Assist with troubleshooting in prototypes and production under direction.
