Job summary

Delphinus is seeking an experienced electrical technician to perform troubleshooting and testing on U.S. Navy shore facilities, ships, and submarines. The role involves inspections, repairs, modernization, and alterations at Seattle, WA, with opportunities to travel to other locations as needed.

Requirements include 1+ years in shipboard electrical installations, blueprint reading, and NAVSEA training. Wage range $23.00–$53.74 per hour; non-exempt status; EOE.

Qualifications

• To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

Responsibilities

• Performs troubleshooting and/or testing of various electrical systems and equipment onboard Navy ships and shore facilities.
• Conducts voltage and other electrical safety checks.
• Wires simple devices and distributes panels, switches, and boxes.
• Assist with cleaning up work area and travel to other locations may be required.
