Job summary

Disney Cruise Line is seeking an Electrical Engineer to manage corrective and preventive maintenance aboard the ship, performing troubleshooting and repair on Main Plant and Hotel Systems. This SHIPBOARD role requires hands-on expertise and the ability to work on a rotating on-call schedule.

You will report to the First Electrical Engineer and must hold a valid ETO CoC, 2+ years shipboard Electro-technical Officer experience, and fluent English.

Qualifications

• 2+ years shipboard Electro-Technical Officer experience.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Valid ETO CoC and willingness to work onboard.

Responsibilities

• Complete monthly maintenance routines and report work in PM system.
• Provide guidance to team members.
• Perform corrective and preventive maintenance on Main Plant or Hotel systems.
• Install and maintain electric wiring and related equipment around the ship.
• Be assigned to an On Call rotating system.
• Handle emergency duties per ship Assembly Plan.
• Uphold safety management responsibilities.
