Job summary

Cleet Crew Life at Sea Ltd. is seeking a qualified physician to join our onboard medical team in Miami, Florida.

The physician will conduct routine crew health assessments, diagnose and treat conditions, and provide emergency care in case of incidents at sea. The role requires a medical degree with a valid license, minimum 5 years of clinical experience (preferably maritime), and the ability to work under pressure on rotating schedules.

Qualifications

• Medical degree and active license to practise.
• At least 5 years of clinical experience as a physician, maritime setting preferred.
• Strong diagnostic and treatment skills.
• Experience in emergency medicine and trauma care.
• Knowledge of maritime health regulations and protocols.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular medical check-ups and screenings for crew members onboard the cruise ship.
• Diagnose and treat medical conditions or injuries that may arise.
• Provide emergency medical care in case of accidents or emergencies.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records for all crew members.
• Educate crew members on health and safety practices and procedures.
• Collaborate with the ship's captain and other medical staff to ensure the overall health and safety of the crew.
• Monitor and order medical supplies and equipment as needed.
• Conduct health and safety training for crew members as required.
• Stay updated on medical advancements and best practices in the maritime industry.
