Honeywell Aerospace in Phoenix, AZ seeks a Ship/Receiving Specialist Level 2 to manage shipping and receiving, coordinate shipments, verify documents, and maintain records to support production schedules and customer commitments. This on-site role reports to the Supply Chain Manager and emphasizes accuracy, safety, and cross‑functional collaboration.
Ideal candidates will have 2+ years in shipping/receiving, inventory control experience, and familiarity with ERP systems like PeopleSoft or SAP.
As a Ship/Receiving Specialist Level 2 here at Honeywell Aerospace, you will play a critical role in managing the shipping and receiving functions to ensure timely and accurate movement of materials and products. You will be responsible for coordinating shipments, verifying incoming and outgoing goods, and maintaining accurate records to support supply chain operations. You will report directly to our Supply Chain Manager and you’ll work out of our Phoenix, AZ location on an On‑site work schedule. In this role, you will impact the efficiency and accuracy of our supply chain processes by ensuring that shipments and receipts are handled smoothly, supporting production schedules and customer delivery commitments.
