Job summary

Trulite is seeking a Shipping Loader in Aurora, CO for day shift hours (4:00pm–12:30am) with overtime as needed. You will move glass, inspect products, read labels, and ensure smooth material flow within a production setting.

The role emphasizes reliability and safety, with rotating duties and attention to detail to meet production standards. Immediate benefits and bonus eligibility accompany a strong team environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to read and understand paperwork and labels.
• Ability to read basic measurements with a tape measure.
• Open to all areas of production and flexible shifts.
• Preferred: HS diploma or GED and 1 year warehouse experience.

Responsibilities

• Move glass from tables, furnace, racks, and trucks for 8+ hours daily.
• Transport materials to expedite the production process.
• Read and attach labels and tags to product.
• Perform quality inspections and operate or manually handle equipment.
• Maintain safe, clean work area and follow safety policies.
• Adhere to rotating duties and proper product flow.

Who You Are:

What You Will Be Doing:

• Move glass from, tables, furnace, rolling racks, delivery trucks, or wood crates for eight or more hours, daily.
• Transport of materials including glass from one position/location to another to expedite the production process.
• Read and attach appropriate labels and tags to product
• Quality inspection, operating equipment, and/or manually maneuvering equipment
• Understand layout of the facility to ensure proper product flow
• Perform different job functions on a rotating basis
• Inspect product for any abnormalities and notifying supervisor immediately of any issues (fabrication issues, logo placement, etc.)
• Utilize a tape measure to ensure product is within the product specifications
• Maintain a safe and clean work area
• Regular and predictable attendance, the ability to safely perform tasks, and adherence to all safety policies and procedures are essential functions of your job.
• Other duties as assigned.

Skills You Bring:

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to read, understand, and communicate paperwork and labels.
• Ability to read and interpret basic mathematical measurements and effectively use a tape measure
• All production workers are expected to be available to work in all areas of production
• Flexible work availability (typically Monday through Friday with occasional weekends)
• High School Diploma or GED, preferred
• One year of previous work experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or production facility, preferred.
