Job summary

Noblis is seeking a Navy Ship Budget Program Analyst to support budget services for advance planning, work package development, and execution during CNO availabilities. You will help manage financial tracking for carrier repairs, maintenance, and modernization and coordinate with senior Navy personnel.

The role requires 3+ years in budget services for ship repair, familiarity with TYCOM procedures, and the ability to obtain a SECRET clearance. U.S.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree OR Associate's Degree OR High School diploma + 6 years of experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience providing budget services in support of ship repair and maintenance or possess current experience in the role.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in TYCOM staff procedures or possess current experience in the role.
  • Ability to communicate and interface with senior Navy personnel (O6/GS-15) on a routine basis.
  • Must be a US citizen.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a SECRET clearance.

Compensation at Noblis is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the combination of education, certifications, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, internal and external equity, location, clearance level, as well as contract-specific affordability, organizational requirements and applicable employment laws. The projected compensation range for this position is based on full time status. For part time or on-call staff, compensation is proportionately adjusted based on hours worked. While monetary compensation is important, it's just one component of Noblis’ total compensation package.
