• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation and punctuality.

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and manufacturer specifications.
• Assign tasks, manage crew productivity, and keep jobs on schedule.
• Inspect completed work for proper shingle installation, flashing, ventilation, and weatherproofing.
• Enforce OSHA safety standards and company safety protocols on every job site.
• Coordinate material orders and deliveries to avoid delays.
• Communicate job progress, delays, and issues to the Project Manager.
• Serve as the main point of contact for customers on-site.
• Train and mentor Roofing Shinglers and laborers on the crew.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free job site.
• Complete daily job logs, timesheets, and required paperwork.
