Job summary

JARP Industries is seeking an entry level to experienced Welder/Fabricator for 2nd or 3rd shift. The role involves setting up and tack welding metals to build sub-assemblies, following Weld Procedure Specifications and performing quality checks.

Position offers a full-time schedule with a $21.00–$31.00/hour range plus a $1.50/hour shift premium, located in Wisconsin. Pre-employment screening is required and a certified welding test may be administered.

Qualifications

• Welding experience in flux core, sub-arc and MIG.
• Ability to read blueprints.
• Manufacturing experience.

Responsibilities

• Repair weld flaws and leaks.
• Tack and weld parts per procedures.
• Read and interpret shop routings and prints.
• Set up jobs per weld procedures using fixtures.
• Perform first article inspection.
