Greene King’s Pub & Grill at Winning Post (Whitton) is hiring a Team Leader to guide the shift, ensure high standards and keep customers happy.

You will lead by example, deputise for the management team, coordinate the team during busy periods and maintain a safe, clean bar while delivering a warm Pub & Grill welcome. The role offers a competitive salary and progression across our brands.

Job Description

As a Team Leader, you’ll lead by example, making sure the team have everything they need so the shift runs like clockwork! You’ll make sure the team maintain high standards and that our customers are kept happy.

Qualifications

As a Team Leader, you will…

• A great eye for detail, making sure every pint is poured to perfection.
• Be a role model to the team on giving great service and making sure every customer receives a warm welcome.
• An ability to think on your feet and adapt to whatever challenges arise during a busy shift.
• A positive can-do attitude and be a real team player.
• Sufficient spoken and written English to perform the role safely and understand allergen controls.
