Job summary

Lignetics, Inc. is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead the production crew and coordinate the manufacturing of high-quality wood pellets. You will ensure safety, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness on a 4:00 PM–2:30 AM schedule, with training on days during the initial period.

You will coach and develop the team, monitor performance, and drive housekeeping, quality, and productivity standards across the shift. Prior pellet manufacturing experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years leadership experience, ideally in a fast-paced 24/7 environment.
• Direct wood pellet manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to coach, train and mentor.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the production crew on shift.
• Ensure safety and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Monitor shift performance and drive improvement initiatives.
• Administer personal development for the team.
• Operate and oversee wood processing equipment and systems.
• Maintain accurate production and downtime records.
