Job summary

Arby’s in Utah is seeking a Shift Manager to support the General Manager and Assistant Manager in day-to-day restaurant operations. You’ll help guide team members through performance and training initiatives while delivering exceptional customer service.

You’ll gain exposure to all aspects of restaurant operations, from guest service to food safety and cash handling, with opportunities for growth and advancement within the Inspire Brands family.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year in foodservice.
• Serve Safe Certification is a plus (training may be provided to get certified).
• Strong communication skills and ability to multitask.
• Experience with inventory, cost controls, and cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Support the general manager.
• Ensure all aspects of the operation run smoothly.
• Oversee service, food safety, and cost controls during shifts.
• Supervise a shift of up to 15 employees and ensure labor law compliance.
