Qualifications

• Prior supervisory and customer service experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Direct the activities of associates during a shift and ensure assigned tasks meet policy and quality standards.
• Train and create work schedules for staff.
• Evaluate worker performance, reward high performers and address underperformance.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management ensuring quality, productivity and safety targets are met.
• Act as the contact person for employee questions, requests for time off, and mentorship for development.
