A leading company in health services is seeking a Shift Supervisor Trainee in Willow Grove. The Shift Supervisor Trainee role is an entry-level, short-term position designed to prepare employees for higher supervisory roles such as Operations Supervisor or Shift Supervisor. The trainee performs tasks as directed to gain necessary skills, completes basic operations and management training, and learns about key aspects of the business (e.g., building customer loyalty through exceptional service) and CVS/pharmacy culture.
Upon successful completion of the training, trainees are eligible for promotion to open supervisor positions. These leadership roles support store management in driving store performance and fostering customer loyalty through excellent service. When no manager is onsite, the supervisor leads store staff, ensures smooth operations, and completes opening and closing procedures.
Deductive reasoning, analytical skills, computer skills, advanced communication skills, and ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, overnights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
High School diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.

The typical pay range is $16.00 - $24.00 per hour. Actual offer depends on experience, education, location, and other factors.
