The Shift Supervisor Trainee role is an entry-level, short-term position designed to prepare employees for higher supervisory roles such as Operations Supervisor or Shift Supervisor. Trainees perform assigned tasks to develop management skills, learn about the business, and understand CVS/pharmacy culture. Successful completion of the program makes candidates eligible for promotion to supervisory roles that support store operations and customer service. When no manager is present, the supervisor leads store staff and ensures store procedures are followed.
Deductive reasoning, analytical, and computer skills. Strong communication skills. Flexibility to work early mornings, overnights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
High School diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required.
