Position Summary

The Shift Supervisor Trainee role is an entry-level, short-term position designed to prepare employees for higher supervisory roles such as Operations Supervisor or Shift Supervisor. The trainee performs assigned tasks to build skills in management and operations, learns about customer loyalty, and CVS/pharmacy culture.

Upon successful completion, trainees are considered for promotion to open supervisor roles, supporting store management in driving performance and customer service. When no manager is present, the supervisor leads store staff and ensures operational procedures are completed efficiently.

Qualifications

Required: Deductive reasoning, analytical and computer skills, advanced communication skills, flexible schedule including early mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.

Preferred: Retail experience

Education: High School diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.

Time Type: Part time

Pay Range: $16.00 - $23.00 per hour, depending on experience, education, and location.
