The Shift Supervisor Trainee role is an entry-level, short-term position designed to prepare employees for higher-level supervisory roles such as Operations Supervisor or Shift Supervisor. Upon successful completion of the training, trainees are eligible for consideration for promotion to open supervisor positions. These roles support the store management team by driving store execution and performance, and by building customer loyalty through excellent service.
