Position Summary: The Shift Supervisor Trainee is an entry-level, short-term role designed to prepare employees for higher supervisory roles such as Operations Supervisor or Shift Supervisor. The role involves performing work as directed, completing training in operations and management skills, and learning about CVS/pharmacy culture and customer loyalty strategies. Successful trainees are considered for promotion to supervisory positions that support store management in driving performance and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Management: Collaborate with store management and staff, supervise activities, and communicate effectively.
2. Customer Service: Assist customers, promote CVS service culture, handle customer issues, and maintain confidentiality.

Qualifications:

• Deductive reasoning, analytical, and computer skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Flexible schedule including early mornings, overnights, weekends, and overtime.

Preferred Qualifications: Retail experience.

Education: High School diploma or equivalent preferred.

Work Hours: 40 hours per week.

Pay Range: $16.00 - $24.00 per hour, depending on experience and location.
