The Shift Supervisor Trainee role is an entry-level, short-term position that prepares an employee for higher supervisory roles such as Operations Supervisor or Shift Supervisor. The role involves performing tasks as directed, completing basic management and operations training, and learning about key aspects of the business, including building customer loyalty through exceptional service and CVS/pharmacy culture.

Upon successful completion, trainees are eligible for promotion to supervisory positions, supporting store management in driving store performance and ensuring smooth operations when managers are not onsite.

Essential Functions
  • Management skills: supervising store staff, assigning tasks, and effective communication with management and crew.
  • Customer Service: assisting customers, promoting CVS service culture, handling customer issues, maintaining confidentiality.
Qualifications
  • Preferred: Experience in retail.
  • Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred but not required.
Additional Details

Part-time, approximately 15 hours weekly, with a pay range of $16.00 - $24.00 per hour, depending on experience and location.
