Nuvance Health is seeking a Shift Supervisor Trainee to prepare for higher supervisory roles. The position offers hands-on training in store management and customer service, with the opportunity for promotion upon successful completion of the training program. Candidates will be responsible for overseeing store operations and ensuring excellent customer experiences.

The Shift Supervisor Trainee role is an entry-level, short-term position that prepares an employee for higher supervisory roles, such as Operations Supervisor or Shift Supervisor. The trainee performs work as directed to prepare for future supervisory responsibilities, completes basic operations and management skills training, and learns about key aspects of the business, including building customer loyalty through exceptional service and CVS/pharmacy culture.
Upon successful completion of the training program, trainees are eligible for promotion to open Operations Supervisor or Shift Supervisor positions. These leadership roles support the CVS Store Management team in driving store execution and performance, while building consumer loyalty through excellent customer service. When no manager is onsite, the Operations or Shift Supervisor leads the store staff, ensures smooth store operations, and is responsible for opening and closing procedures.
High School diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required.
Anticipated weekly hours: 30
Time type: Full time
Pay Range: $16.24 - $26.00 per hour, depending on experience, education, and location.
