The Shift Supervisor Trainee role is an entry-level, short-term position designed to prepare employees for higher supervisory roles such as Operations Supervisor or Shift Supervisor. The trainee performs assigned work to develop management skills, learns about key business aspects like customer loyalty and CVS/pharmacy culture, and completes relevant training. Successful trainees may be considered for promotion to supervisory roles that support store management, drive store performance, and ensure smooth operations during their shifts.
Required: Deductive reasoning, analytical skills, computer skills, advanced communication skills, flexibility to work early mornings, overnights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
Preferred: Retail experience.
High School diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
