The Shift Supervisor Trainee role is an entry-level, short-term position designed to prepare employees for higher supervisory roles such as Operations Supervisor or Shift Supervisor. Trainees perform assigned work to gain experience, complete basic management training, and learn about key aspects of the business, including building customer loyalty through exceptional service and CVS/pharmacy culture.
Upon successful completion of the training, trainees may be considered for promotion to supervisory roles that support store management, drive store performance, and enhance customer service. When no manager is onsite, the supervisor leads store staff, ensures smooth operations, and completes opening and closing procedures.
High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred but not required.
Anticipated weekly hours: 24
Time type: Part-time
Pay range: $16.24 - $26.00 per hour, depending on experience and location.
