A leading health solutions company is seeking a Shift Supervisor Trainee in Dallas, TX. This entry-level position prepares employees for supervisory roles by developing management skills and providing exceptional customer service. The Shift Supervisor Trainee role is an entry-level, short-term position designed to prepare employees for higher-level supervisory roles, such as Operations Supervisor or Shift Supervisor. The trainee performs assigned work to develop supervisory skills, completes basic operations and management training, and learns about key aspects of the business, including building customer loyalty through exceptional service and CVS/pharmacy culture.
Upon successful completion of the training program, trainees are considered for promotion to open supervisory positions. These roles support store management in driving store performance and building customer loyalty through excellent service. When no manager is onsite, the supervisor leads the store staff, ensures smooth operations, and oversees opening and closing procedures.
Deductive reasoning, analytical skills, computer skills, advanced communication skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, overnights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
High School diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
