The Shift Supervisor Trainee role is an entry-level, short-term position that prepares employees for higher supervisory roles, such as Operations Supervisor or Shift Supervisor. The role involves performing assigned work to gain skills, completing management training, and learning about key aspects of the business and CVS/pharmacy culture.

Upon successful completion of the training, trainees are eligible for promotion to supervisory positions, supporting store management in driving performance and building customer loyalty through excellent service. When no manager is onsite, the supervisor leads staff, ensures smooth operations, and manages opening and closing procedures.

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.

• Pay Range: $16.00 - $24.00 per hour
