A leading health solutions company is seeking a Shift Supervisor Trainee to prepare for higher-level supervisory roles. This entry-level position involves managing store crew activities and ensuring excellent customer service. The Shift Supervisor Trainee role is an entry-level, short-term position designed to prepare an employee for higher-level supervisory roles, such as Operations Supervisor or Shift Supervisor. The trainee performs work as directed to develop supervisory skills, completes basic operations and management training, and learns about key aspects of the business (e.g., building customer loyalty through exceptional service) and CVS/pharmacy culture.
Upon successful completion of the training program, trainees are eligible for consideration for promotion to open Operations Supervisor or Shift Supervisor positions. These leadership roles support the CVS Store Management team in driving store performance and building customer loyalty through excellent service. When no manager is onsite, the Operations or Shift Supervisor leads the store staff, ensures smooth operations, and is responsible for all opening and closing procedures.
Deductive reasoning, analytical, and computer skills. Strong communication abilities. Flexibility to work early mornings, overnights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
High School diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.

The typical pay range is $16.00 - $24.00 per hour, depending on experience, education, location, and other factors.
