The Shift Supervisor Trainee role is an entry-level, short-term role designed to prepare employees for higher-level supervisory roles such as Operations Supervisor or Shift Supervisor. Trainees perform assigned work to develop management skills, learn about key business aspects like building customer loyalty through exceptional service, and understand CVS/pharmacy culture. Successful completion of the program makes candidates eligible for promotion to supervisory positions, which support store management in driving store performance and enhancing customer experience. When no manager is onsite, the Supervisor leads store staff, manages store operations, and ensures all opening and closing procedures are completed.
High School diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
