Position Summary
This is a third shift supervisor trainee position, 12am to 8am. The role is an entry-level, short-term position that prepares an employee for higher supervisory roles, such as Operations Supervisor or Shift Supervisor. The Trainee performs work as directed to prepare for future responsibilities, completes basic operations and management training, and learns about key aspects of the business and CVS/pharmacy culture.
Upon successful completion, trainees are considered for promotion to open supervisory positions. These roles support store management in driving store performance and building customer loyalty through excellent service. When no manager is onsite, the supervisor leads staff, ensures store operations run smoothly, and completes opening and closing procedures.
Essential Functions
Deductive reasoning, analytical skills, computer skills, advanced communication skills, and flexibility to work early mornings, overnights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
Qualifications
Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred but not required.
Hours & Pay: 40 hours/week, full-time, pay range $16.00 - $23.00/hour, based on experience and location.
