Job summary

COASTAL PLAINS RESTAURANTS LLC A NORTH CAROLINA LLC is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support the Restaurant General Manager by running great shifts and upholding YUM Brand standards. You will lead Teams, manage inventory and finances, and ensure safe, quality food and customer service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED, college degree preferred.
• 1–3 years supervisory experience with Profit & Loss responsibility.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must pass background check and drug test.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Basic business math and accounting skills; strong analytical/decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Team Members and Shift Managers complete all assigned duties.
• Oversee inventory management and financial accountability.
• Serve safe, quality food in a friendly manner.
• Maintain a safe, welcoming environment for employees and customers.
