CVS Health Corporation in Fairhope, AL, seeks a Shift Supervisor to support store management, drive store execution, and deliver top‑notch customer service. In the absence of a manager, you will lead staff and ensure opening/closing procedures are completed.

You will supervise daily tasks, assist customers, merchandise, stock shelves and maintain presentation. The role requires flexibility for early mornings, overnights and weekends, with a 40‑hour work week and full‑time benefits.

Responsabilités

• Lead store staff in absence of manager or operations supervisor.
• Supervise activities and direct store crew.
• Communicate effectively with store management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints.
• Promote CVS customer service culture and greet customers.
• Maintain customer/patient confidentiality.
• Price merchandise and stock shelves.
• Execute displays, signage and weekly promotions.
• Maintain off-shelf merchandising and reset departments per POGs.
