Job summary

Starbucks Corp. is seeking a shift supervisor to lead with craft and heart, creating a welcoming space for the community while ensuring quality beverages and food, safety, and excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Six months of customer-facing experience.
• Able to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays.

• Cash handling and store safety awareness.
• Experience delegating tasks and coordinating two or more employees.
• Ability to direct others and learn quickly; strong communication.
